Online Check in

The software allows you to send reservation confirmation emails that contain a link for online check in. This link will redirect the customer to a specific online form where he will have to insert his personal ID information.

In this way, like at the airport, at guests’ arrival it will be sufficient to check that ID document information corresponds to data received through the internet.

The results obtained include, a better service for the customer that will be able to check in faster and a lower workload for front office operators.
