Monteverdi Tuscany is a 4-star hotel located in a medieval village of Tuscany that includes 18 rooms and 3 villas with 11 rooms and the Spa area. The food & beverage offer is divided between a restaurant, a wine bar and a lounge bar; we also have spaces dedicated to different activities: from cooking classes to private dinners, from concerts to shows.
We chose ericsoft Suite 4° because the software is very popular on the market and gives us the guarantee of being always updated with tax laws and new regulations.
Another aspect that you have influenced our choice is the attention that ericsoft gives to training needs on the PMS use. A technician came to our property personally explaining everything necessary to get familiar with the software.
What we appreciated most is the high level of customization in the configuration of the PMS, which is very important for a property like ours, with special needs compared to the more classic accommodation facilities.
Ericsoft also offers good assistance and, based on all the above aspects, we feel very satisfied and yes, we definitely recommend it to other hoteliers.
